Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. We check your computer, laptop or phone for free and tell you exactly what's wrong. There's no charge to look at it, even if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.
How fast will I get a price?
Within 24 hours of drop off, usually sooner. We call or text you with a clear price in writing. Nothing gets fixed until you say yes, and we never charge more than the quote without asking you first.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the repair and the part. Many common repairs like batteries, screens and cleanups are done in a day or two. If we need to order a part, we tell you the timeline with your quote.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm. If you'd like to save time at the counter, check in online first and pick a drop off time. We'll have your ticket ready.
Can I check on my repair?
Yes. Use Track your repair on this page with the ticket number from your slip and the last 4 digits of your phone. The link in our text or email opens it with one tap, and you can always call or text us.
Will my photos and files be safe?
We only open what the repair needs, and if a repair could affect your files, we tell you before we start. If you can, back up what you can and bring the device in as is.
Is it worth fixing, or should I buy a new one?
We'll give you an honest answer. If the repair costs more than the computer is worth, we'll tell you, and we can show you a tested used laptop instead and move your files over for free.
What if something isn't right after the repair?
Every repair comes with a 90 day warranty. If something isn't right with the work we did, bring it back and we'll make it right.
What do you fix?
Laptops, MacBooks, desktops and gaming PCs, plus phones and iPads. Screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, liquid spills, slow computers, viruses and lost files. If it has a power button, bring it in and we'll take a look.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle. You pay when you pick up your repair.
