Get Started

To Get started:

  1. Fill up a SERVICE REQUEST FORM
  2. We will e-mail you the work order number with your ticket number on it.
  3. Send it with the laptop, make sure to keep a copy.
  1. Pack the computer with original box or with bubble wrap or packing popcorn.
  2. Backup your data in the HDD (we are not responsible for the lost of data in the HDD).
  3. Please remember to send in AC adapter and battery (FDD and CD-ROM drive if problem related to it) together with the laptop.
  4. Disable all password (both CMOS and Windows) or provide the password if being set.
  5. We suggest you to buy shipping insurance when shipping in the laptop to us.
  6. You can drop your laptop if you live in Los Angelos or Anahiem area.
  7. Ship the laptop to:
